Celestial Events is an event management company based in New Delhi. We organise corporate events, weddings, private functions, brand activations and many other celebrations.

We are now looking for a Social Media Intern who can become a part of our family and help us build our digital presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, brands, corporates, educational institutions, and agencies for business opportunities.
• Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, networking, and other relevant channels.
• Reach out to prospective clients and introduce Celestial Events' services.
• Assist in pitching event management, corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, merchandise, branding, and production services.
• Schedule client meetings and follow up on business enquiries.




• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, lead database, and client records.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and introductory company profiles in coordination with the internal team.
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, proposal submissions, and conversion status using Excel or CRM tools.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and support the preparation of suitable proposals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, upcoming events, and potential business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing weekly business development reports and tracking sales targets.
• Support client servicing and coordination during the pre-event and post-event stages, whenever required.
