Role Description
• Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote academic programs and guide them through the admission process.
• Qualify aspirants by understanding their educational goals, academic background, and career aspirations, offering personalized recommendations on suitable programs.
• Provide detailed information on admission requirements, scholarships, and application deadlines to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Effectively use CRM tools to manage and track inquiries, ensuring accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and engagement metrics.




• Meet and exceed application targets by driving enrollment growth through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• Assist aspirants throughout the entire application process, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment, contributing to institutional growth.
• Incentives : Achieve application goals and qualify for performance-based incentives, with additional bonuses for exceeding monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in admissions counseling, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the academic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets or sales quotas, with a track record of achieving results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and parents.
