Salary: ₹26,000–₹38,000/month + Night Shift Allowance

About the Role We are hiring a Customer Contact Representative to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls, queries, and concerns.

• Manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Support the team in improving customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
