About Vignex
Vignex is a crypto SIP app for first-time investors, in the language they speak at home. Crypto? totally your way. SIPs only: no trading, futures or leverage. Hindi first, then Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Gujarati. Vignex will register with FIU-IND before launch.

The role
Help me get Vignex investor-ready and raise our pre-seed round. Expect about a few days or hours a month.

What you’ll do
• Test our pitch, financial model and story before investors see them
• Make warm, one-to-one introductions to angels and funds that back fintech or crypto
• Join key investor meetings and help with terms
• Advise on round size, valuation and structure

You might be a fit if you
• Have raised money as a founder, or invest as an angel or VC, ideally in fintech, crypto or consumer apps
• Know Indian angel investors and early-stage funds well
• Are comfortable with regulated businesses
• Believe in building for India beyond the metros

What we offer
• Advisor equity: 0.25–1%, vesting over 2 years, under a written advisor agreement
• Equity only: we don’t pay upfront or per-introduction fees
• A front-row seat in building Vignex
