Role Description The Head of Sales will lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and expand the company’s presence across target institutions and markets. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Ranchi and involves developing and executing sales strategies for training programs, internships, and career development offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective account management with educational institutions and corporate partners. The Head of Sales will identify recent business opportunities, build and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align offerings with customer needs. The role also includes preparing sales forecasts, reporting on pipeline and performance, and representing the company in meetings, events, and partnerships.
Qualifications
• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including building, maintaining, and expanding relationships
