Role Description The Business Leads Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business leads across Atkonnectx’s coaching and training programs, including parental coaching, teen mentoring, corporate training, and entrepreneurial mentoring.



Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, maintaining lead databases, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online channels, and scheduling discovery meetings or consultations for the coaching and training teams. The Business Leads Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine lead generation strategies, track and report on lead conversion metrics, and support the development of campaigns and initiatives to expand Atkonnectx’s presence. The role also involves building long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects, ensuring that their needs are understood and aligned with the right solutions.
