Role Description The Customer Account Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across multiple accounts. In this position, the representative handles day-to-day client inquiries, resolves service issues promptly, and ensures a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes maintaining detailed account records, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs,
