Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic Solution Sales Consultant with experience in government advisory, solution sales, presales, and business development. The candidate will drive business opportunities across Government and Public Sector clients by understanding their requirements, conceptualizing technology-led solutions, developing proposals, delivering presentations, and supporting end-to-end business development and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive solution sales and business development across Government departments, ministries, PSUs, and public-sector organizations.
• Identify and develop opportunities for Innovatiview’s solutions across:
• Examination Security Solutions – biometric verification, CCTV surveillance, and examination monitoring.
• Smart Infrastructure & Smart City Solutions – Integrated Command and Control Centres, ITMS, and Safe City projects.
• Election Management & Surveillance – technology-enabled election monitoring and surveillance infrastructure.
• IT Infrastructure & System Integration – technology deployment,



infrastructure solutions, and equipment rental/leasing.
• Presales activities, including requirement gathering, solution conceptualization, proposal development, and bid strategy.
• Provide advisory and consulting support to government clients by understanding their challenges and recommending suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, concept notes, business proposals, and solution demonstrations to senior government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal technical, presales, tendering, and project teams to develop customized solutions and commercial proposals.
• Build and manage client relationships, participate in meetings and negotiations, and support deal closure.
• Track government tenders, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Support the complete business development cycle, from opportunity identification and solution design to proposal subm
