About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates – Inside Sales to help prospective learners choose and enrol in online degree programmes offered by leading universities and institutions.

This is a target-driven inside sales role involving outbound calling, education counselling, regular follow-ups and admission closures.

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners,



understanding their education and career aspirations, recommending suitable online degree programmes and helping them complete the admission process.

Freshers are welcome No prior sales experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective learners.
• Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive call talk time daily.
• Connect with prospective students and working professionals through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand learners' educational background, career goals, work experience and programme preferences.
• Counsel learners on suitable online degree programmes, including MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B.Com and other programmes.
• Explain programme details, eligibility, fees, curriculum and admission procedures.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Address learner queries, handle objections and guide prospects towards admission decis
