Essential:




• Manage enterprise desktop and laptop environments.
• Build, maintain, and deploy OS images using SCCM and Intune.
• Administer Microsoft 365 workplace solutions including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Configure and manage Windows Autopilot and Autopatch.
• Perform application packaging, deployment, and software lifecycle management.
• Manage endpoint patching, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide L2/L3 support for end-user computing issues.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in major incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualification:
• 15 years of full time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
