Job Description
- Generate new leads through marketing activities and follow-ups.
- Handle sales inquiries and convert potential leads into clients.
- Explain real estate projects, site details, property features, and available offerings to prospective customers.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for interested clients.
- Conduct client meetings and provide professional project presentations.
- Handle client negotiations and support the sales closure process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support the company's sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
Requirements- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in a real estate company.
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is mandatory.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of lead generation, sales, client handling, and conversion.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
Preferred Candidates:



Local Experienced female candidates with a background in real estate sales and marketing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2–5 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
