Job Purpose

To learn and perform garment sewing operations under supervision while maintaining quality, productivity, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn to operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform stitching and garment assembly operations as per production requirements.
- Follow work instructions, approved samples, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain stitching quality and minimize sewing defects.
- Handle fabrics and garment components carefully to prevent damage.
- Identify and report stitching defects or machine-related issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workstation.
- Follow company safety rules, quality standards, and production procedures.
- Achieve daily production targets and improve sewing speed and accuracy.
- Support sewing operators and production team members as required.

Qualifications
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th / 12th standard or equivalent, as per company requirements.




- Freshers are welcome; previous sewing experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of tailoring or garment manufacturing is preferred.
- Willingness to learn sewing techniques and machine operations.
