Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits and product/service presentations.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts and other departments.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
