Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Health Check-up Centre, including patient registration, scheduling, investigations, consultations and report delivery.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Diagnostics, Radiology, Nursing, Consultants and Billing teams.
- Drive corporate and individual health check-up business and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage corporate health check-up camps, packages, tie-ups and client requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance/TPA partners and referral sources.
- Monitor patient flow, turnaround time (TAT), service quality and patient feedback.
- Ensure proper implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, NABH and other quality standards.
- Track daily/monthly MIS, revenue, volumes, package performance and operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for improving packages, pricing, service offerings and customer experience.




- Manage and mentor the Health Check-up team and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with consultants and diagnostic departments for timely completion of health check-ups and reports.
- Handle patient/client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives for preventive health and wellness programs.
