Key Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliation of UPI transactions across internal systems and bank/payment records.

Compare transaction data and identify mismatches, exceptions, failed and pending transactions.

Investigate reconciliation breaks and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.

Maintain daily MIS, reconciliation statements and exception reports.

Track outstanding reconciliation items and ensure timely closure.

Validate transaction details such as transaction ID, amount, date, status and settlement information.

Support resolution of customer/merchant transaction-related discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliation activities.

Escalate unresolved or high-value discrepancies to the reporting manager within defined timelines.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.





Ensure adherence to defined processes, controls and turnaround times.

Support audits and provide transaction-related data whenever required.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data handling.

Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

Good numerical and reconciliation skills.

Ability to identify and investigate transaction discrepancies.

Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with large volumes of transaction data.

Basic understanding of UPI, digital payments and banking transactions will be an added advantage.

Ability to work within defined TATs and handle repetitive operational activities accurately.
