Job Profile:

Digitization of Accounts Payable:

(a) Coordinate development, change management, bugs resolution, deployment with the development partner - DICE

(b) Vendor onboarding activities on the portal, process adoption, query resolution within TAT.

(c) Ensure smooth internal workflow by coordinating with the respective teams.

(d) Analytics and conceptualization of drill down and compliance reports from the application.

ERP / System & process readiness:

(a) Evaluate current applications, processes, integrations & dependencies for ERP implementation

(b) Scout for available options with features and implementation trac in similar industry.

(c) Evaluate implementation / consultation partner for ERP implementation

(d)



Lead dap analysis team in consultation with a consultation partner.

(e) Define readiness, scope document and implementation timelines.

Any other Strategic business project which might be shortlisted during the course

Essential Skills: (A) Prior experience in handling such business process in manufacturing or hospitality or healthcare industry (B) Adept in business process and technology tool implementations (C) Experience in handling ERP systems- SAP /Windows Dynamics
