Role Overview An HR Manager bridges the gap between management and employees, handling everything from talent acquisition and legal compliance to employee engagement and performance management. Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle hiring, including workforce planning, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding programs.

- Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary or termination processes.

- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local and national labor laws and maintain company handbooks and policies.

- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and employee advantages administration.

- Performance & Training:



Manage performance appraisal systems and design professional development or training initiatives.

- HR Analytics: Monitor HR metrics (like turnover and retention) to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR experience, often including time as an HR Generalist or Specialist.

- Skills: Proficiency in HR software/HRIS, strong knowledge of employment law, and excellent conflict-resolution and communication skills.

- Certifications: Professional designations (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local equivalents) are preferred.
