Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day process-related activities, maintain records, and ensure smooth coordination of tasks. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of MS Excel, good communication skills, and the ability to handle data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily reports, records, and databases using MS Excel.

- Prepare, organize, and maintain Excel sheets for tracking and reporting.

- Monitor ongoing processes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and information sharing.

- Verify data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

- Assist in preparing MIS reports and other process-related reports.





- Follow up on pending tasks and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–1 year of experience; freshers with good Excel knowledge can apply.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel is the primary requirement.

- Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, and data management.

- Familiarity with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic reporting will be an advantage.

- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Basic communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Candidates who are comfortable working with Excel sheets, reports, and data on a daily basis.
