Job Description:

Position: IT – Team Lead

Location: Piplod - Surat

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day IT operations and support activities at the assigned site.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system- related issues.
- Administer and support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and internet services.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems and applications.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and email administration.
- Ensure timely execution of data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor and maintain IT security standards, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.
- Support business-critical applications, collaboration tools, and enterprise platforms.
- Manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, procurement, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC, warranty support, and technical escalations.




- Monitor and support CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and other site technology systems.
- Prepare periodic reports related to IT operations, incidents, assets, and service performance.
- Implement preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, information security guidelines, and audit requirements.
