Job Description:

As a Travel Agent at Travel Connection, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Explain Customer about Destination:

- Utilize your extensive knowledge of various destinations, including popular tourist spots, local culture, and travel tips, to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Listen to clients' preferences and requirements to tailor travel itineraries that meet their individual needs and desires.
- Share information about hotels, transportation options, activities, and attractions to help clients make informed decisions.

2. Manage Status of Leads:

- Effectively manage and maintain a database of potential leads and inquiries from clients.
- Follow up with leads promptly, answer their queries, and provide them with the necessary information to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Achieving Sales Targets:





- Set and strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling travel packages, additional services, or upgrades to enhance the client's experience and increase revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel deals, and promotions to offer clients the best possible options.

4. Coordinating with Team :

- Collaborate closely with the fellow team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Seek guidance and support from the team leader when faced with complex client requests or issues.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for travel and a deep understanding of various destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is a plus.
