Role Overview

We are looking for an *MIS Analyst* who can manage, analyse, and present business data accurately and efficiently. The role will be responsible for preparing regular MIS reports, maintaining data accuracy, and providing timely insights/data to leadership for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain *daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports*. * Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources. * Provide *accurate and timely data to leadership and business stakeholders* as required. * Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel. * Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and trends and highlight them proactively. * Maintain data integrity and ensure reports are updated within defined timelines. * Support leadership with *ad-hoc reports and data analysis*. * Track key business/operational metrics and provide regular updates. * Coordinate with different teams to collect required data and ensure timely reporting. * Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats for audit and reference.

Must-Have Skills

* *1+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis,



or a similar role.* * *Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.* * Good understanding of *Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, filters, sorting, and data validation*. * Ability to work with large datasets and identify errors or inconsistencies. * Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Ability to provide data *quickly and accurately when requested by leadership*. * Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills. * Strong ownership and ability to work with tight timelines.

Preferred

* Experience in healthcare, operations, sales, or a fast-paced business environment. * Exposure to dashboards/Power BI will be an added advantage.
