Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries and leads received through Indiamart, Trade India, Just Dial & Other relevant portal.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain company products and services to customers and generate business leads.
- Convince potential customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups and order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience handling IndiaMART and similar B2B business portals is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Target-oriented approach with solid follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
