Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Belapur, Sector 11, Near Railway Station

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

Age Criteria: 20–28 years

- Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.




- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Target-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
