Position: Telesales Manager – Business Loans
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry: Fintech / NBFC / Business Loans
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ telesales executives for business loan sales.
- Drive daily/monthly sales targets and improve team productivity and conversion.
- Monitor calls, leads, follow-ups, and overall team performance.
- Generate and manage leads, ensure quality sourcing, and achieve disbursement targets.
- Train, coach, and motivate the team to improve sales performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and share performance updates with management.
Requirements:
Experience in Business Loans / SME Loans / Unsecured Loans telesales is preferred. Solid team-handling, sales, and target-achievement skills are required.
