Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (UK Nursing)

Job Summary

Coresystech Global LLP is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing UK Healthcare Recruitment team. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment of nursing professionals for UK healthcare clients, covering sourcing, screening, compliance, and onboarding, while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients and delivering against recruitment targets.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals, from vacancy intake to placement.

• Source and attract qualified nurses across the UK through job boards, social media, databases, and networking.

• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against client requirements.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and UK healthcare clients.

• Maintain an active and up-to-date candidate pipeline.

• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through to completion.

• Handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.





• Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UK Nursing Recruitment.

• Proven experience recruiting RGNs, RMNs, and other Registered Nurses.

• Experience working with UK healthcare clients.

• Good understanding of NMC, DBS, Right to Work, and related compliance requirements.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven, with a proven recruitment track record.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates effectively.
