Job Title: Accounts Executive / Marg Expert

Job Responsibilities:

- Marg Expert
- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain GST records and assist with GST returns and TDS compliance.
- Handle vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and expense verification.
- Maintain employee expense sheets, travel reimbursements, and salary-related records.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Working knowledge of Marg, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Robust understanding of bank reconciliation, ledgers, and financial reporting.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company or distribution business is preferred.

Preferred Candidate: An accounts professional with experience in pharmaceutical distribution, Marg Expert, GST, billing, bank reconciliation, and expense management.
