• Handle walk-in customers and understand their insurance needs.

• Generate leads and follow up for conversions.

• Manage existing customers and ensure retention.

• Cross-sell & upsell life insurance products.

• Achieve assigned sales and premium targets.

• Update CRM and coordinate for policy issuance and service.
