Job Title: Field Sales Manager – Fire Insurance / Property Insurance

Location: Navi Mumbai

Company: Insurance Broking Company

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits and corporate meetings.

• Meet textile traders, electronics retailers, computer hardware dealers, wholesalers, distributors, and commercial establishments to identify their insurance requirements.

• Sell General Insurance products, including:

o Fire Insurance

o Shopkeeper's Insurance Policy

o Burglary Insurance

• Cross-sell Mediclaim (Health Insurance) and Motor Insurance to existing and current clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals.

• Collect existing policy copies and relevant documents from clients for policy analysis and renewal.

• Handle policy renewals and proactively contact clients before policy expiry.

• Process quotations, negotiate premiums, and close business.

• Make real-time entries of all client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the company's mobile application.

• Share real-time updates in the company's Daily Feedback WhatsApp group.
