**Job Description (JD) – Loan Operations Manager**

**Company:** KG Loan Experts Pvt. Ltd.

**Location:** Pearls Omaxe Tower, Pitampura, Recent Delhi

**Role & Responsibilities:**

* Manage end-to-end loan operations, including application processing, documentation, verification, and disbursement.

* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and credit departments.

* Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of loan files.

* Monitor pending cases, resolve operational issues, and maintain MIS reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

* Lead the operations team and achieve operational targets.

**Eligibility:**

* Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.

* 3–5 years of experience in loan operations, preferably in personal loans, business loans, LAP, or mortgage loans.

* Strong knowledge of banking processes, loan documentation, and team management.

* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
