1. Guard Deployment: Assign shifts, monitor attendance, and manage the sourcing and recruitment of on-site security guards.
2. Training & Development: Conduct training needs assessments and provide ongoing guidance to security workers on protocols and emergency responses.
3. Performance Evaluation: Perform periodic and surprise checks to ensure guards maintain skilled standards, uniform compliance, and proper equipment operation
4. Site Visits & Patrols: Regularly travel to assigned locations to inspect perimeter security, entry/exit points, and surveillance systems.
5. Maintain a high level of employee morale and satisfaction.
