FULL STACK AI DEVELOPER & AI VIDEO AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

? Experience: 1–3 Years (Exceptional freshers with proven practical skills may apply)

ATTRACTIVE SALARY & INCENTIVESFirst 6 Months:

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Variable Incentive: Up to 20% of eligible net project revenue
- Incentives assessed and payable quarterly.

From 7th Month Onwards:

- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Variable Incentive: Up to 15% of eligible net project revenue
- Quarterly incentive payments.

ADDITIONAL BENEFIT: ₹10,000 PERFORMANCE & RETENTION BONUS

Payable on satisfactory completion of six months of continuous service, subject to agreed performance criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. AI Application Development & Automation

- Design, develop, deploy and maintain AI-powered web applications, dashboards and automation systems.
- Develop AI Agents, chatbots and intelligent workflow solutions.
- Integrate OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude and other AI APIs.
- Build AI-powered document processing, reporting, compliance tracking and business automation applications.
- Maintain websites, databases, VPS hosting, APIs and existing AI applications.
- Develop commercially viable AI products and client solutions.

2. AI Video Generation & Production

- Produce approximately one professional 10-minute AI-assisted video per week.
- Use Google Flow, Veo and similar AI video-generation platforms.
- Create engaging storyboards, cinematic visuals, voiceovers, animations and edited videos.
- Develop educational and storytelling content covering:

- Insolvency law, NCLT/NCLAT judgments and case studies.
- Indian religious,



spiritual and mythological stories.
- Indian historical events, personalities and heritage.
- Create promotional videos, reels and digital content for marketing.

3. AI-Based Office Automation

- Manage and improve AI-enabled office workflows and technical operations.
- Develop automated document management, compliance monitoring and reporting solutions.
- Support technology-driven professional assignments and internal operational requirements.
- Maintain secure source-code repositories, documentation, system backups and application performance.
- Coordinate with the part-time technical backup consultant.

4. Digital Marketing & Business Development

- Manage company websites, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create AI-assisted marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Support lead generation, customer demonstrations and client communications.
- Assist in marketing and commercialising AI applications and automation services.
- REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLSPython, JavaScript, React.js / Next.js, Node.js or FastAPI.
- AI API integration, AI Agents and prompt engineering.
- GitHub, SQL databases, cloud/VPS deployment and application maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Google Flow, Veo or comparable AI video-generation tools.
- AI voice generation, video editing, storytelling and content creation.
- Knowledge of n8n, OpenClaw or similar automation platforms is desirable.




- Good communication, creativity, problem-solving and organisational skills.

IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are looking for a technically competent, creative and entrepreneurial professional who can independently develop AI applications, automate workflows and produce professional AI-generated videos.

Practical experience and demonstrated projects will be given preference over academic qualifications alone.

Candidates should be willing to work in a growing AI Automation Division with opportunities for performance-linked earnings and career advancement.

- EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONSInitial minimum service commitment: 6 months.
- Notice period: 30 days by either party or one month's fixed salary in lieu, subject to applicable law.
- Six-month performance review and salary progression as specified above.
- Confidentiality, source-code ownership, information security and technical handover requirements will apply under the appointment agreement.
- Variable incentives will be governed by pre-agreed performance and revenue-sharing terms.
