Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹5,000

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and active Store Manager to handle daily store activities, manage customer inquiries, and maintain customer records. The candidate should be able to handle both online and offline customer inquiries and provide good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp and other online channels.

Attend to walk-in customers and answer their questions.

Share product details and help customers with their requirements.

Update customer details and inquiry status in the CRM.





Follow up with customers and maintain proper records.

Manage daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.

Provide valuable customer service and help convert inquiries into sales.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Basic English communication skills.

Knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer operations.

Ability to handle online and offline customer inquiries.

Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn.

Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
