- Greet customers and understand their footwear requirements.
- Explain product features, quality, sizes, and pricing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling of footwear and accessories.
- Maintain store displays, product arrangement, and cleanliness.
- Manage stock, size availability, and replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Support billing, stock counting, and daily store operations.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Experience in Retail / Fashion / Footwear is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and selling skills can also apply.
