Justsha is looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales Counsellor to join our team and drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads from initial contact to conversion and onboarding.
- Understand the prospect's business, requirements and marketing challenges.
- Counsel and educate potential clients about suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Pitch and sell services including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, Lead Generation and Branding.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget and potential.
- Conduct sales calls, online/offline meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified company-generated leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups,



lead status and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team during the client onboarding process.
- Build solid, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- 6 months or 1 year + years of experience in sales, counselling, business development or client acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, advertising or agency sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable handling company-provided leads as well as generating leads independently.
- Proven ability to follow up consistently and convert prospects into clients.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
