*Role Overview:*

End-to-end gold loan servicing at customer's doorstep - lead sourcing, gold appraisal & loan disbursal.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Sourcing gold loan customers via doorstep visits

- Gold valuation & KYC verification at customer location

- Achieving monthly sales targets & timely disbursement

- Travel within assigned territory for customer meetings

- Lead generation from existing customers & referrals

- Build relationships with HNI customers for repeat business

- Coordination with internal teams & compliance adherence

*Candidate Profile:*

- Graduate with min 1 year exp in gold valuation / gold loan sales

- Strong sales & lead conversion skills

- Comfortable with field work & doorstep interaction

- Willing to travel within Hyderabad cluster

- NBFC / Financial services experience preferred
