We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Thane East.

? Key Responsibilities:

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & professional networks

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

* Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

* Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining

* Prepare and share offer letters with selected candidates

* Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases

* Track recruitment targets and hiring metrics

* Build a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements

? Candidate Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field

✅ 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience

✅ Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Ability to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines

✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach
