We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Battery Support Executive to handle battery-related queries, technical issues, complaints, and service support for 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles, including electric vehicles (EVs).Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and complaints related to 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler batteries.Provide basic technical support for battery performance, charging issues, and battery failures.Coordinate with service teams, dealers, and technicians to resolve battery-related problems.Maintain records of battery complaints, warranty claims, replacements, and service requests.Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.Assist in battery inspection, troubleshooting, and replacement processes.Coordinate battery warranty and after-sales service activities.Prepare daily reports on customer complaints, battery performance,



and service status.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.Required Skills & Qualifications12th pass / ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering preferred.Basic knowledge of 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler batteries, especially EV batteries.Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.Ability to coordinate with customers, dealers, and service technicians.Freshers can apply; experience in battery or automotive support will be an advantage.Job TypeFull-TimePreferred CandidateA proactive individual with a technical understanding of batteries, good customer-handling skills, and the ability to resolve battery-related issues efficiently.
