Job Description

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain lead records and update sales reports regularly.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-orientated mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Experience in sales, travel, or customer handling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
