Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports and maintain accurate records.
- Create and update MIS dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze data and provide insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Manage large datasets using Advanced Excel & Google Sheets.
- Use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IFERROR, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables & Charts.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, error correction, and data integrity.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards wherever possible.
- Maintain company databases, records, backups, and ensure data accessibility.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations,



and visual summaries using Excel & Canva.
- Support functional heads with their data requirements and reporting needs.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets & MS Office.
- Good understanding of MIS Reporting, Data Analysis & Dashboard Creation.
- Working knowledge of VBA/Macros or Google Apps Script.
- Knowledge of Power Query & Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Canva for presentations and visual reports.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
