Job Description : We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily plant operations, supervise workers, maintain production schedules, and ensure smooth and efficient plant functioning.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
- Plan and monitor production according to daily targets.
- Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Supervise truck loading and unloading operations.
- Manage workers, allocate duties, and monitor their performance.
- Prepare production plans and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage shift schedules, worker attendance, and shift handovers.
- Maintain proper records of production, stock, and material movement.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety,



and discipline.
- Coordinate with management to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

- Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing plant or production unit is preferred.
