- Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and fix electrical failures in CNC machines (VMC, HMC, VTL, turning centers), servo motors, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and control panels.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Perform scheduled checks on electrical wiring, contactors, relays, fuses, limit switches, and safety interlocks to prevent unexpected stoppages.
- CNC Controller & PLC Support: Troubleshoot and interface with industrial controllers such as FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Yaskawa.
- Electrical Testing: Test insulation resistance, grounding/earthing continuity, and circuit safety standards.
- Documentation & Spares: Maintain electrical schematics, update service and breakdown logs, and track critical spare parts inventory.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures and adhere to local and national industrial safety regulations.
