alldoors is hiring for Inside Sales Executive

About the Company:

alldoors is a Bengaluru-based real estate platform helping homebuyers discover suitable properties without spam or unnecessary noise. With more than 10,000 verified listings across Bengaluru, the platform combines technology, real estate expertise, and guided customer support to help buyers move from their first enquiry through site visits and booking decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective homebuyers and understand their property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Qualify leads, recommend relevant opportunities, and consistently follow up through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified prospects into property site visits and bookings while managing questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information, follow-up activity, lead status, and conversion data in the CRM.
- Track the sales pipeline, meet individual targets, and coordinate with internal sales and support teams to progress opportunities.




- Build positive customer relationships throughout the property discovery and purchase journey.

Requirements:

- Six months to two years of experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, sales, business development, or real estate sales.
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi or Kannada.
- A target-oriented, proactive, and results-focused approach to customer engagement and lead conversion.
- Good follow-up, relationship management, objection-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or lead-management tools.
- Experience in real estate, residential property sales, or selling high-value products and services will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market and fluency in additional Indian languages would be helpful.
