Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our construction packages in detail

- Handle regular follow-ups with leads to ensure timely conversion

- Prepare and send quotations and agreements as per client requirements

- Schedule meetings/appointments between clients and our Senior Civil Engineer / Architect

- Maintain call records and update CRM / lead tracker regularly

Requirements:

- Prior experience in telesales / telecalling preferred (real estate / construction industry is a plus)

- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi (Telugu is a Plus)

- Solid convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
