Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations while working in a skilled pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.




- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and recruitment correspondence.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or any relevant graduation.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
