We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Bhagwati Foam Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers in our Retail Showroom.

Designation : Sales Executive

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location : Thane West

Time : 12PM to 9PM

Job Description:

- Greeting customers and educating them about the products
- Studying the features of Mattresses
- Arranging Mattress stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
- Show products to the customers and generate sales
- Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner




- Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales
- Utilise persuasive selling techniques to up-sell and cross-sell products
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, perks, and pricing

Requirement :

- Well-groomed, Presentable, Sincere, Punctual & Honest
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing
- Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with word / excel / power point
