Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Catering / Sales Manager to manage catering and sales enquiries from the initial customer interaction through order confirmation and execution.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing suitable menu and service options, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups, and delivering a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming catering and sales enquiries and understand customer requirements, including event details, menu preferences, and service expectations.

- Discuss suitable menu options and available services with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to prepare and provide quotations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and address their queries effectively.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-up.




- Record customer requirements accurately and communicate confirmed order details clearly to the kitchen and execution teams.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the execution process.
- Monitor order progress and promptly address customer concerns or service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and confirmed orders.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to support repeat business.

Qualification & EligibilityGraduate from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in catering, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
- Must have an own vehicle and a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, 8–10 hours per day.
