What the job actually is

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies. You will sell life insurance to customers of a leading private bank (phone-banking channel). Leads are given to you daily – no cold calling.

Key responsibilities

- Visit 3–4 leads shared daily by the bank's tele-calling team and convert them into policies.
- Explain life insurance products clearly to bank customers.
- Build good relationships with bank teams and customers.
- Achieve monthly business and persistency targets.
- Follow IRDAI and company compliance rules.

What we are looking for

- Graduate (any stream).
- 1+ year of sales experience – bancassurance, life insurance, banking or any BFSI field sales preferred.
- Positive communication and local market knowledge in Mohali / Tricity.

Compensation: Up to ₹5.5 Lakh per annum (approx. ₹46,000 per month).
