We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer to join our team and help showcase real estate projects through videos, property walkthroughs, social media reels, and engaging digital content.

Candidates with hands-on experience in video shooting and editing are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As a Video Editor & Videographer, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing videos for real estate projects, property walkthroughs, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.

You will work closely with the team to create visually appealing and engaging content that highlights property features, attracts potential buyers, and strengthens the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Shoot and edit property walkthroughs, real estate videos, and promotional content.

· Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and other content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

· Handle camera operations, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording during shoots.

· Edit raw footage into videos with appropriate transitions, music, effects, subtitles,



and colour grading.

· Develop creative concepts and fresh ideas for property shoots, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.

· Coordinate and manage video shoots independently, ensuring timely content delivery.

· Capture property interiors, exteriors, amenities, and other key project highlights.

· Ensure videos align with the company's brand identity, content strategy, and quality standards.

· Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and short-form video formats.

· Organise and maintain video footage, project files, and other digital assets.

· Manage multiple projects and meet content delivery deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 2–2.5 years of relevant experience in video editing and videography.

· Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.

· Hands-on experience with cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio recording equipment.

· Good understanding of video composition, framing, storytelling, transitions, and basic colour grading.

· Experience creating engaging reels, promotional videos, and digital content.

· Understanding of social media trends, aspect ratios, video formats,



and platform-specific content requirements.

· Ability to independently manage video shoots, editing, and final content delivery.

· Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

· Prior experience in real estate videography, property walkthroughs, or architectural photography will be an added advantage.

· A portfolio/showreel is mandatory for consideration.

· Willingness to travel for property shoots and other official work-related assignments.

· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
