Role Overview

The RO Service Technician will visit customer locations to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot water purification systems. This opportunity is suitable for fresh ITI and Diploma graduates who are interested in developing practical technical skills and building a career in field service.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of RO water purifiers and related equipment.
- Assist with servicing domestic, commercial, and industrial RO plants, based on training and job requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, component replacements, and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow daily service schedules and instructions provided by the office.
- Coordinate with the Office Administrator regarding assigned jobs and service completion.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts replaced,



and outstanding issues.
- Interact professionally with customers and explain basic service-related information.
- Follow technical instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment responsibly and report any additional service requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Fresh ITI or Diploma graduates in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline.
- Willingness to learn RO technology, water purification systems, and field servicing.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations within the assigned service area.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil and English.
- Good work ethic, punctuality, problem-solving ability, and customer-service orientation.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and develop independent technical capabilities.
