Key Responsibilities

● Supervise daily civil, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing work.

● Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

● Prepare weekly work plans and monitor progress against deadlines.

● Coordinate with contractors, architects, structural consultants and service teams to resolve site issues.

● Plan labour and material requirements in advance to avoid delays.

● Check measurements, quantities and contractor bills before submitting them for approval.

● Monitor material consumption, reduce wastage and maintain site records.

● Check workmanship at each stage and ensure defects are rectified promptly.

● Coordinate plumbing and electrical work to prevent clashes and rework.

● Maintain site safety, housekeeping and readiness of completed areas.

● Prepare daily progress reports with photographs, manpower details, pending issues and next-day targets.





● Manage snag lists and ensure flats and common areas are ready for handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

● Minimum 4 years of relevant site experience; experience in multi-storey residential projects preferred.

● Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and working drawings.

● Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

● Strong contractor coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.

● Practical knowledge of quality checks, quantity estimation and finishing work.

● Explicit communication in Gujarati and Hindi.

● Ownership of assigned work, timely reporting and disciplined follow-up.

Timely completion of planned work, consistent quality, accurate measurements, controlled material wastage and prompt closure of site issues.
